Our Dublin based clients are presently recruiting Quantity Surveyors for Large-scale Data Centre, Logistics, Industrial and Commercial project in County Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, complex builds in the growing Data Centre and Logistics sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts
- Prepare valuations, measure works, and manage variations and claims
- Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers, including tenders and contracts
- Maintain subcontractor accounts, interim payments, and final accounts
- Collaborate with site teams, design consultants, and clients to resolve commercial issues
- Produce and present monthly cost reports to senior management
- Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract requirements, and industry best practice
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale projects
- Exposure to Data Centres, Logistics, Industrial, or high-value commercial projects is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (RIAI, JCT, NEC, or similar)
