We are presently recruiting for a Finance Director for our clients, a group of Hospitals in the Western Caribbean. You will Lead the financial management of hospital facilities, ensuring robust governance, operational efficiency, and sustainable profitability. You will act as a strategic partner to hospital leadership, driving revenue optimization, cost control, and finance transformation initiatives. This is a permanent position Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial accounting, reporting, and month-/year-end close processes. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and statutory financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Manage revenue cycle: billing, collections, accounts receivable, and payer relationships. Monitor revenue performance, billing accuracy, and payer mix trends. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; analyze variances and provide actionable insights. Drive cost optimization initiatives across staffing, supplies, and operations. Support strategic initiatives including hospital expansion, digital finance programs, and ERP implementation. Lead and develop a multi-location finance team across countires. Foster collaboration between finance, clinical, and operational teams. Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures. Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA, educated and trained in either the UK or Ireland ONLY. 10+ years’ experience in finance with hospital or healthcare operations experience. Strong expertise in accounting, reporting, revenue cycle, and cost management. Experience in multi-location/shared services finance teams and finance transformation. Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills Salary package, including relocation allowance is competitive and based on experiences.
