Then there are days when you look around the office and realise you are surrounded by people who are far smarter than you are, and you think to yourself, thank God they work for us and not against us. Today is one of those days at Red Chair Recruitment.
We are delighted to celebrate two of our own who continue to raise the bar in our industry. Clodagh Walsh and Darragh Coffey are not only outstanding recruiters, they are also genuine high achievers in their academic fields. Between the tw
o of them, they are turning Red Chair into the Hogwarts of recruitment, only with fewer cloaks and more placement offers.
Clodagh has been recognised as the top ERF Graduate of 2025. This is an incredible achievement and a real testament to her commitment, professionalism and natural instinct for matching people with the right opportunities. Clodagh’s work ethic and eye for Medical talent are second to none, and seeing her take the top honour in Ireland for our industry has filled the whole team with pride.
Not to be outdone, Darragh has been awarded Highest Achiever for the Class of 2025 at the National College of Ireland while completing his First Class Honours degree. Anyone who knows Darragh knows he blends exceptional technical skill with calm confidence and a brilliant mind for IT recruitment. He makes the work look easy although we promise you, it is not.
Alongside these achievements, it is worth mentioning something we at Red Chair are incredibly proud of. Every recruiter in our business is either a Fellow of the Employment and Recruitment Federation of Ireland, a qualified ERF CertRP graduate or qualified or currently studying for the ERF Recruitment Executive BA Hons Degree in Recruitment Practice. And we quietly wonder how many other recruitment companies in Ireland can shout that from the top of Carrauntoohil or any building tall enough to echo it, like we can in Red Chair Recruitment.
Having two national top achievers under the one roof is something quite special. It reflects the ambition and standards that we continue to build at Red Chair Recruitment. We have always believed in investing in our people and supporting their development, and seeing Clodagh and Darragh reach these milestones reminds us exactly why that matters.
