We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to manage a large number of existing accounts nationwide. The company in question is a printing company and require someone with a solid ability to maintain and build relations and keep an eye on the company margin. This position is hybrid, field- and office-based, as part of your working week. This is a full-time position based in County Kerry.
Role:
- Day-to-day management of customer accounts & relationships.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers as regards product suitability & functionality.
- Communicate with customers on the pricing of products.
- On occasion, delivery of products as part of your working day / Scheduled appointments.
- Liaise with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Credit control – ensure all accounts operate within their agreed credit terms.
Candidate:
- Strong sales, merchandising & account management background with a minimum 2-3 years’ experience.
- High level of customer focus & customer service.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
