We are presently recruiting for a B2B Sales Executive to join our clients, a food company in Tralee, County Kerry. The role focuses on growing sales, managing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities. Approximately 60% of time will be spent visiting clients across Kerry and nearby surrounding areas, with the remainder office-based for reporting, planning, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow B2B sales within the food service, retail, and wholesale sectors.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Visit customers regularly, present solutions, and negotiate terms.
- Work with operations to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
- Report on sales activity and pipeline.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ B2B sales experience (food/FMCG preferred).
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and flexible.
- Full clean driving licence, willingness to travel.
