Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our clients, an Engineering company in Tralee. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and become the friendly, professional face of the company. This is a full time Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM position.
- Day to day management of reception
- Answering incoming calls
- Handling service needs of clients
- Data input of clients & services
- Administrative support
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to customers
- To be well presented with a polite and professional manner
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
