We are presently recruiting for an Office Manager / Part Qualified accountant for our clients on Valentia Island. This is a permanent and full-time position at our client’s offices in South Kerry. You will be tasked with all operations relating to money, insurance, credit control, and ordering. An ability to process staff payroll will also be required.
Responsibilities:
- Data input, posting of invoices and bank transactions
- Bank reconciliations, preparation of year end management accounts for external accountants.
- Assistance in preparation of financial reports for management.
- Processing of timesheets for payroll and payroll administration.
- Implementing project management systems for new and ongoing projects
- Any other duties as required by Management.
The Person
- 2-3 years relevant financial / bookkeeping experience and experience with accounting software packages.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong track record in managing multiple projects with a proven ability to prioritise.
