We are seeking a Management Accountant for our clients, a food manufacturing company in County Kerry. Reporting to company Financial Controller, this role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in cost management, financial analysis, and process improvement. This is a full – time, in office position based in County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cost analysis and budget management to drive efficiency.
- Support project-based financial planning and reporting.
- Develop and enhance financial processes for improved decision-making.
- Work closely with operations to monitor and manage manufacturing costs.
- Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reports.
- Assist in the implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Part or newly qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
