We are presently recruiting for a Human Resource Manager for our Killarney, County Kerry based clients. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will offer leadership and direction on the human resourcing and people management operations of the company. You will work on all aspects of Human resource Management and offer full support for growth plans and organisational development functions. This is initially a 12 – 14-month maternity leave contract to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the human resources operations.
- Lead on HR strategy, culture, leadership, talent management, rewards, and change management.
- Manage labour planning and recruitment processes.
- Ensure effective on-boarding, off-boarding and leave management.
- Engage in compensation and benefit initiatives.
- Create and implement training and development initiatives.
- Foster effective employee relations.
- Manage grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Manage compliance and policy management.
- Manage end-to-end HR; employee data and HR administration in line with legislative requirements and best practice.
- Lead in any legal or insurance matters.
Knowledge and Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience, specifically in HR Function
- In-depth technical and working knowledge of employment legislation.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employment matters in a professional manner.
- Educated to CIPD or degree level, specifically in HR.
This is a maternity leave contract for 12 to 14 months with a start date of late September 2023. Salary in the region of €45 – €50,000 is offered. For further information, please email me directly at grace@redchair.ie
