At Red Chair Recruitment our client in Cobh is seeking a Baker to join their in-store bakery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking fresh goods daily for immediate sale to customers. This role is full-time and requires availability for early starts.
Role Overview:
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries and cakes to a high standard.
- Manage preparation, mixing, proofing and baking tasks.
- Operate bakery machinery with care and efficiency.
- Monitor ingredient usage and report low stock levels.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and complaint work area.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2 years’ of professional baking experience.
- Relevant bakery qualification is a strong advantage.
- Reliable and able to work under time pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary: Dependent on experience and open to negotiation.
