Red Chair Recruitment are recruiting for a Baker to work in our client’s store in Corbally. This position offers the chance to showcase your craft by creating a range of breads, pastries, and cakes that customers can enjoy fresh daily. This is a full-time role, with early starts required.
Responsibilities:
- Produce both classic and specialty baked goods on a daily schedule.
- Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation.
- Prepare doughs, monitor proofing, and manage baking times.
- Keep bakery equipment in excellent working condition.
- Follow food safety practices at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a bakery environment.
- Trade qualification or formal training highly desireable.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
