We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our client’s bakery team based in County Kerry. The Bread Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of bread products, ensuring quality and consistency in every batch. This is a full-time position with a salary of €30,000 – €40,000 Per Annum.
Responsibilities
- Mix, knead, shape, and bake bread according to recipes and production schedules.
- Monitor fermentation and proofing times for optimal results.
- Ensure all bread products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular checks on dough consistency, texture, and appearance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment in good working condition.
- Report any malfunctions or issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bread Baker or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of bread-making techniques and baking equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Availability to work evening and night shifts
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
