Red Chair Recruitment are seeking an organised and people-focused Accommodation Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a large residential complex in Tralee, Co. Kerry. As Accommodation Manager you’ll ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents while keeping operations smooth and efficient.
Key Responsibilities of an Accommodation Manager:
- Manage occupancy, check-ins/outs, and resident queries
- Oversee health, safety, and building compliance
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and contractors
- Supervise staff and ensure high service standards
- Support students, resolve issues, and foster community
Skills & Experience:
- Experience as an Accommodation Manager or in property/hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- IT proficient for reporting and tracking of any incidents, payments, and maintenance.
- A background or experience in Finance for budgeting and cost management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Understanding of student needs and wellbeing.
