Red Chair Recruitment are presently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on Operations Manager to join a busy 66-bedroom property with a team of 60+ staff.
This is a full-time position (45 hours/week, 5 over 7 days including weekends and public holidays).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
- Work with the Operations Director on budgets, targets, and strategic planning.
- Lead and motivate departmental managers and staff, supporting training and development.
- Drive sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and company standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest experience at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years’ experience as an Operations Manager in a busy 3*/4* hotel.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage, sales/events, and hotel systems.
- Proven track record in people management and achieving operational targets.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
