We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead a renowned tourist attraction in the Caribbean. This senior role oversees day-to-day operations, including guest experiences, retail, and food & beverage, ensuring world-class standards and operational efficiency.

Manage budgets ($3–5M+ p.a.), financial reporting, and revenue optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Business, Hospitality, or related field.

3+ years senior management experience in attractions, theme parks, or hospitality.

Strong financial literacy and experience managing operational budgets.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and guest booking systems.
