We are a looking for an experienced Store Manager for one of our clients in Tipperary. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Tipperary. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and address any inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive shopping experience to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to meet customer demand and minimise stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to optimise profitability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
