We are presently recruiting a Store Manager for our clients, fashion and Apparel store in Blanchardstown, Dublin. Our clients are a leading high street chain and require to run and manage their store. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store including people management, merchandising, driving sales and margin, standards, and service. This is a full-time position, based in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Plan and execute visual merchandising displays to showcase products and enhance the store’s aesthetic appeal.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current trends.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
A Basic salary of €38,000 to €42,000 with KPI performance related bonus of €5,000 with additional retention bonus paid yearly ( up to €3,000 is offered) for further information, please email [email protected]
