We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our clients in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
- Drive sales and profitability by setting and achieving sales targets and KPI
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and security
- Prepare and manage the store budget, including sales targets, payroll, and expenses.
- Analyze sales figures and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement cost-saving measures to maximise profitability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of retail management best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
