Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking Deli Manager for one of our clients, a shop based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The Deli Manager will lead and manage the deli department, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, customer service, and operational efficiency. The Deli Manager will oversee all aspects of the department, including the preparation and presentation of bakery items, hot and cold foods, stock management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years experience in a similar position.
- Experience in a deli setting would be ideal.
- Ability to train and manage staff.
- Strong innovation and creative tendencies to come up with new ideas and concepts.
- Flexibility in working hours including weekends and bank holidays.
