Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Assistant Store Manager for one of our well established clients based in Co. Kerry.
Your main responsibility will be to assist the store manager in the overall running of the store on a daily basis with an emphasis on the plumbing and heating department whilst working with the team to ensure a strong customer service approach. You will come with a plumbing, heating, renewable energy, hardware and building materials store management background.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 Years experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role is essential.
- Plumbing, Heating, Renewable Energy knowledge and experience essential
- Hardware and Building Materials retail background considered an advantage
- Proven track record with the ability to lead and manage a team
- Have strong Communication, Organisation, Leadership and Time Management skills
- Be flexible to work a variety of different shifts which will include weekdays and weekends
- Experience with stock control, stock rotation and stock taking
- Customer focused and orientated to provide the best possible customer service and experience
- Computer literate with the ability to use and manage CRM’s
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- A competitive salary of €50,000 – €60,000 Per Annum dependent on experience
