Red Chair Recruitment are excited to announce we are currently accepting applications for an experienced Deli Manager for our client in Mallow Co. Cork
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance and running of the Deli, managing a team, and driving sales while maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years Deli Management experience in a busy deli counter environment essential for the role.
- HACCP trained and qualified.
- Ability to inspire, lead and motivate employees through support and development.
- Well presented with a professional, polite and friendly manner.
- Flexible with working hours as this will include both weekdays and weekends.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary of between €35,000 – €38,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
