We are presently recruiting for a Store Manager for our clients in Kenmare, County Kerry. You will come with experience in food, convenience or multiple chain sector and will thrive in managing the day-to-day operations and performance of the store. You will take responsibility for sales, the wider store team, customer experience, security, health & safety, stock and resources management in order to achieve agreed store wide sales objectives. This is a full time, permanent position based in Kenmare, County Kerry.
Responsibilities:
- Champion store standards
- drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards throughout the store.
- Liaise regularly with regional operations Manager.
- Maximum sales.
- Take responsibility for the staffing levels.
- Develop and train staff.
- Maintain merchandising and presentation of store to the highest standard at all times.
- Manage all Health & Safety, HACCP and other legal requirements within the store.
Skills and experience:
- 3+ years experience in a similar environment
- Proven ability in managing retail sales teams
- Excellent operational knowledge of retail environment
