We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager for our clients based in North Dublin. You will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of store operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for retail, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment. Develop and mentor team members, conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure a superior shopping experience by maintaining high service standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and ensure accurate product placement and pricing. Collaborate with suppliers to optimize stock and product range.
- Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies. Monitor and analyse financial performance, preparing reports and action plans to achieve targets.
- Ensure all store operations comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or large retail setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
