We are presently recruiting for a Site Engineer for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. The company in question are presently involved in one of the biggest projects ever to commence in Kerry and require someone to oversee the site, ensure all work aligns with project plans and standards. This is a full-time position with a minimum of Three years work in Tralee, County Kerry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring all work aligns with project plans and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Implement and enforce quality control programs to achieve high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare and submit detailed site reports to management.
Qualifications and experiences:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction site management.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
