Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant on behalf of our client, a dynamic retail business specialising in weddings, communions, and general occasion wear based in Tralee, Co. Kerry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales experience OR a candidate who shows genuine passion and potential to build a career in retail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Advise and assist customers shopping for weddings, communions, and everyday wear.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
- Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
- Handle transactions and general retail duties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage – but not essential.
- A keen interest in retail and a strong willingness to learn.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with customers.
- Availability to work 5 days over 7, including weekends.
- Reliable and motivated with a strong team ethic.
