Red Chair Recruitment currently have a fantastic new vacancy for Sales & Marketing Manager for our clients, a luxurious hotel based in Killarney, Co. Kerry. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct daily sales and marketing operations to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Drive meeting & conference bookings for the hotel.
- Provide regular account performance reports to General Manager and Directors.
- Manage annual marketing budget effectively.
- Develop quarterly activity plans to align with business objectives.
- Execute promotional campaigns through local & national media, evaluating ROI.
- Oversee online marketing and website content to increase direct bookings.
- Conduct competitor analysis to monitor performance, rates, and sales activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years in a similar Sales and Marketing role, ideally in a Hotel.
- Sales focused, target and results driven.
- Effective communicator to clients and colleagues, individually and in groups; with the capacity to provide clear written reports.
A competitive salary of €35-€40,000 is offered depending on skills and experiences along with free parking and food allowances onsite in the hotel.
