Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Restaurant Manager for one of our well-established clients in Killarney.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, high-quality food and beverage standards, and exceptional guest experiences in a busy bar & restaurant environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Financial management expertise, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory oversight.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities to maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Ability to support menu planning, promotional initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to ensure smooth daily operations and overall profitability.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 Per Annum depending on experience.
