Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for an Operations Manager for one of our clients, a hotel based in County Kerry.
Your main responsibility will be to oversee a number of departments in the hotel and to assist in the smooth running of these departments whilst reporting to the General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience in an Operation Manager role is desired for this position
- Have great organisational skills and a an excellent eye to detail.
- Have the ability to lead a team across all departments to ensure the smooth running of the day to day business of the hotel.
- Be flexible to work a variety of different shifts which will include weekdays and weekends.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- A competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 Per Annum
