Red Chair Recruitment is on the lookout for a confident, motivated Junior Car Sales Executive to join a fast-paced and friendly dealership in Tralee. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone who loves cars, enjoys talking to people, and wants to build a career in sales, marketing, or the motor industry.
You’ll work alongside experienced sales professionals, learn the ropes of the business, connect with customers every day, and play a key role in our online and social media presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with senior sales staff to learn sales skills, customer follow-ups, and vehicle demonstrations
- Delivering great customer experiences in the showroom, over the phone, and online
- Helping keep vehicles and the showroom looking their best
- Creating and sharing engaging content across social media platforms
- Updating online car listings with photos, videos, and clear descriptions
- Assisting with customer enquiries and simple sales admin
- Building strong product knowledge and contributing to team sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, energetic, and keen to learn
- Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with people
- Comfortable using social media and digital tools
- A genuine interest in cars or the motor industry
- Full, clean driving licence
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is essential
