We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Car Sales Executive to join our team at our main dealership in Tralee. This entry-level position is designed to support our Senior Sales Executives in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will also play a key role in managing and developing our social media presence to help attract and engage customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Sales Executives with day-to-day sales activities, including vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and customer follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Support the preparation of vehicles for display and maintain the presentation of the showroom and forecourt.
- Manage and grow the dealership’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content, posting updates, and responding to enquiries.
- Update online listings with accurate descriptions and images of vehicles.
- Assist in handling customer enquiries through digital channels, phone, and walk-ins.
- Carry out basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer records.
- Learn and develop product knowledge of new and used vehicles, finance packages, and dealership services.
- Contribute to achieving sales and marketing goals set by the management team.
Candidate Profile
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn with a genuine interest in the motor industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Confidence using social media platforms for business and marketing purposes with solid IT skills.
- A full clean driver’s licence is essential
- Previous customer service or retail experience is essential.
