A well-established trade printing company in Castleisland is looking for an HR Administrator to support the management team and help maintain a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain staff.
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries and resolve employee relations issues.
- Support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Schedule training including health & safety and career development.
- Promote compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist managers with performance reviews and appraisals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee leave management.
- Ensure HR policies comply with legal and industry standards.
Key Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable.
- Minimum 3 years HR administration experience; manufacturing experience a plus.
- Strong organisational, communication skills, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborative team player able to manage multiple tasks.
