Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking for a Food and Beverage Manager for one of our clients, a 4* hotel based in Co. Dublin.
The successful candidate will be tasked with overall management of the food & beverage service of this 4* hotel property, management of the food and beverage team, liaising with the kitchen team on menu’s/food related matters and ensuring all customers are receiving the best customer service.
Requirements:
- 2/3 years’ experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a hotel setting.
- HACCP trained.
- IT literate.
- Must be able to multi-task and be willing to help where required in all areas of the hotel.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
