Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie for one of our well-established clients in Co. Cork.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be running a specific station (e.g., Grill, Sauté, Garde Manger etc.) and preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to standard.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 – 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie.
- A desire and passion to grow your skills using the finest ingredients and produce.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage your section and assist Sous chefs with daily service.
- Flexible with working hours as role will include, mornings, evenings, weekends shifts.
- HACCP trained and great understanding of food safety, policies and regulations.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary of €35,000 – €38,000 Per Annum
