Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie for one of our well-established clients in Co. Cork.
This role is an ongoing contract with potential for temp to perm for the right candidate.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be running a specific station, preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to standard.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 – 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie.
- A strong passion for developing your skills while working with high-quality ingredients and produce.
- Proven ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Capable of managing your own section and supporting Sous Chefs during daily service.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
- HACCP trained with a solid understanding of food safety standards, policies, and regulations.

- Competitive salary of €16.00 – €18.00 Per hour depending on experience.
