Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Sous Chef for one of our well-established clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
You will play a pivotal role supporting the Head Chef, as the Sous Chef you will oversee the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that dishes meet quality standards and are produced efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 – 3 years Sous Chef experience.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Leadership skills, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a pressurised fast paced environment producing a high-quality service to deadlines.
- Flexible with working hours as role will include, mornings, evenings, weekends shifts.
- HACCP trained and excellent knowledge of food safety, policies and regulations.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary of €45,000 – €50,000 Per Annum.
- Meals on duty.
