Sous Chef

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 Location: Cork Experience: 2 years Job no: LHSC01Job Status: Full-Time

Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef for one of our clients, a hotel based in Cork City.


  • Assisting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
  • In charge of the purchasing and storage of food.
  • Ensuring high culinary standards are met.
  • Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are adhered to.
  • Assisting the head chef when it comes to writing menus and creating new recipes.


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a 4*/5* hotel bar & restaurant setting
  • Ability to Multitask and remain organized and flexible.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 depending on experience.
