Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Head Chef for one of our well-established clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The ideal Head Chef will possess a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a creative flair for menu development.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5 years Head Chef experience within a busy restaurant or hotel environment essential.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen audits.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and safety standards.
- Flexible with working hours to include mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends.
- The ability to consistently perform well in a high-pressure and fast paced environment.

PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary of €55,000 – €65,000 per annum depending on experience.
