We are seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Manager to drive growth and strategic relationships. This independent role suits a self-starter with commercial acumen, sales expertise, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across health, wellness, performance, and education sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional associations, accreditation bodies, and industry partners.
- Represent the organisation at trade fairs, conferences, and events to expand visibility and networks.
- Secure endorsements, partnerships, and accreditations that drive growth and credibility.
- Deliver consistent revenue growth through targeted sales strategies.
- Develop scalable, long-term partnerships that support international expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align commercial activities with brand vision.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within health, wellness, education, or related sectors.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value relationships.
- Experience working with accreditation processes and professional associations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Role headquartered in Galway, Ireland (flexible within Ireland with travel as required).
