We are recruiting a Business Development Manager for our clients, a specialist water filter company. Working a mixture of field, office and remotely, you will to be a trusted advisor to a range of customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term profitable relationships. Reporting directly to the company directors, this is a full – time position, with a hybrid working week offered.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new business.
- Identifying new opportunities in both existing and complementary sectors.
- Support bid process.
- Proactive development of sales pipeline.
- Strategic Account management.
- Business development with existing customers.
- Identifying upsell opportunities.
- Customer relationship management.
- Identify customer trends and demands.
The person:
- 5+ years of sales and business development experience in Engineering or technical setting.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements.
- Strong technical and product background.
- Available to travel to visit client sites.
