Red Chair Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join a well-established property company in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to advance their career within a dynamic, client-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential property sales from instruction to completion.
- Conduct property valuations, prepare sales particulars, and ensure accurate online listings.
- Arrange and lead property viewings in a professional and engaging manner.
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
- Coordinate with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to progress sales efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with PSRA regulations.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate repeat and referal business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or accounts role.
- Relevant third-level qualification is desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
- Full, clean driving license.
This is a full-time, on-site role in County Cork.
