Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting an Accounts Administrator for our clients, a distribution company based in Tralee, County Kerry.
The successful candidate will be tasked with processing invoices, receipts, and financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial data integrity, assist in budget preparation, and other various accounting and administration duties. This candidate will be working with the management team providing them with general assistance on a day-to-day basis across all areas of a business. This candidate must have previous experience submitting VAT and Intrastat returns as well as end of year accounts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position.
- Relevant qualification in Accounts Administration or Bookkeeping.
- IT literate, especially with Sage 50.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A full clean driver’s license.
