We are seeking an experienced Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our clients’ busy warehouse in Killorglin, County Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of five staff members, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency. This is a full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday working week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of five warehouse staff to achieve daily targets
- Oversee stock handling, storage, and distribution processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
- Monitor staff performance and provide training, guidance, and support
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
- Liaise with management to plan, allocate, and prioritise workloads
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 2+ years Proven supervisory experience in retail or warehouse operations (essential)
- Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Forklift licence (preferred)
