Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Receptionist for one of our well-established clients in Macroom, Co. Cork.
Your main responsibilities for this role will be to meet and greet customers by acting as the company’s first point of contact, managing front-desk operations, answering phones, directing enquiries all while maintaining an exceptional friendly and professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a hotel reception role.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying and payment processing.
- Experience with using hotel software.
- To be well presented with a polite, professional and courteous manner.
- Flexible approach to working hours as this role includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Promote hotel services, local attractions and amenities in and around Macroom, Co. Cork.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary of €32,000 – €35,000 dependent on experience.
- Free parking & meals on duty.
