We are presently recruiting HV and LV overhead power Lines workers for our clients in County Kerry, Ireland. You will be tasked with the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of LV/HV lines. You will be allocated all tasks by the Planned Works Coordinator in the overall function of refurbishing or replacing overhead power lines and associated works LV and or HV. This is a full-time position and based in Ireland
Key Responsibilities
- Climb poles, and towers in a safe and professional manner, utilising MEWP, ladders, and scaffolds as and when required.
- Carry out maintenance, repair and refurbishment of LV/HV lines as directed and capable of doing so.
- Utilise all equipment necessary for working on Overhead lines network as detailed in the SOP’s and training manual.
- Responsible for Self and Colleague compliance to HSQE.
- Carry out pole top rescue as required.
Certifications and experiences:
- City in Guilds Linesman or trades qualification or equivalent is essential
- Full driver’s license
- First Aid – Highly desired
- LUGS – CAT & Genny
- 2+ years experience
Package:
- Salary range €44 – 000 – €52,000 with additional overtime payments.
