We are presently recruiting for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Working in the Engineering and Finance Division, you will report directly to the principal consultant and assist in the day to day running of the department. This is an ideal early year’s opportunity which will also offer continued support to gain a degree, specifically in recruitment. This is a full – time position, based in office in Killarney, County Kerry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to match candidates to appropriate job opportunities
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide support in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements
- Participate in client meetings to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Assist in onboarding new hires and providing administrative support as needed
The person:
- A Minimum of one year experience in a customer facing position
- Minimum of leaving certificate
- Strong IT, interpersonal and communication skills.

A base salary plus quarterly paid bonus is offered.
