We are presently recruiting for a Joinery CAD Designer in County Kerry. You will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and designs for bespoke joinery projects. You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure precision, functionality, and quality in all joinery elements. This is a full – time position, offering a hybrid / remote working week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Detailed CAD Drawings: Produce high-quality, accurate 2D and 3D CAD designs for custom joinery projects.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and the production department, to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and practical requirements.
- Material Selection & Specification: Specify materials, finishes, and hardware based on design requirements.
- Amend Designs: Update and revise drawings as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) with experience in 3D modeling and detailed technical drawings for joinery.
- Joinery Knowledge: Strong understanding of joinery construction techniques, materials, and industry standards.
