Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Duty Manager for one of our well-established 4-star hotel client in Co. Kerry.
The Duty Manager will oversee the running of key functions in the hotel to include weddings, conferences and events, as well as ensuring top quality customer experience and they will work closely with other department managers to provide operational support.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of Duty Manager experience in a hotel or busy environment.
- Emphasis on preparation and organisation for weddings, events and conferences with conference and banqueting experience
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- To support all areas of the property to ensure that all customers are receiving the best customer care.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
- Competitive salary of €38,000 – €40,000 annually depending on experience.
