We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deli Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clients deli department. The Deli Manager will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high standards for food quality and safety, and manage staff effectively to achieve sales and profit goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to customers by greeting, assisting, and responding to inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle special requests.
- Recruit, train, and supervise deli staff.
- Ensure all deli items are prepared and displayed according to company standards and health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Deli Manager or in a similar role within a food retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
