We are presently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive for a well established dealership in County Kerry. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible achieving targets in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will lead client engagements, manage customer relationships, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience. This role demands deep product knowledge, excellent negotiation skills. This is a permanent, full time position based in County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions
- Conduct test drives, vehicle presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to post-sale follow-up
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with finance and after-sales departments to provide comprehensive services
- Mentor and support junior sales team members to enhance overall performance
- Maintain accurate sales records and adhere to dealership policies
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in car sales
- Strong knowledge of finance rates
- Strong communication, negotiation, IT and closing skills
