We are presently recruiting for a Client & Business Development Manager for our clients in County Kerry. You will be responsible for developing and managing existing relationships with clients in addition to identifying, prospecting and winning new clients. You will come with strong B2B experience and will be skilled in contract negotiation and delivering compelling sales presentations. This is a full-time position, primarily remote/hybrid with occasional need to attend Head office. Travel within Ireland is required..
Responsibilities:
- Business Development.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Deliver on assigned revenue and profit targets for your area of responsibility.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Build knowledge and conduct market research
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business needs.
- Regularly engage with existing clients to identify further support opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, potential partners, and decision-makers.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and build a strong professional network.
Qualifications and experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in business development or sales are advantageous.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, in a B2B context, preferably in the professional services sector.
