Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager for one of our clients based in Co. Kerry.
You will be responsible for the overall running of the store, managing a team and ensuring that the store is being run in an efficient and customer service driven way. You will have a strong knowledge of hardware and DIY tools an products and be skilled in the upselling of these products
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ Years experience as a Branch Manager or similar is essential for this role
- Experience with building materials or similar is required for this role
- Have a proven track record with the ability to lead a team
- Have strong Communication, Organisation, Leadership and Time Management skills
- Be computer literate and have the ability to navigate different computing systems
- Be flexible to work a variety of different shifts which will include weekdays and weekends
