We are presently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator/ Stock Replenishment Executive for our clients in Askeaton, West Limerick. My Multinational clients operate in a number of locations in Ireland and require someone who can provide quotes, monitor stock and work as part of a wider team. This is an initial 2 year contract based near Newcastlewest, County Limerick.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records through regular audits and data entry.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders efficiently, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Generate and handle shipping documentation for timely order fulfilment.
- Organize and maintain files for invoices, packing slips, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse activities and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, assisting in audits when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse administration or a related role with 2 years’ experience.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Full driving license is essential.
