We are presently recruiting for a Trade Counter and Warehouse assistant, for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. You will be required to assist with all hardware supplies, such as plumbing and home improvement products to a well-established clientele. This is a full time position, based in Tralee.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with Trade clients enquiries
- Making sure Trade orders are completed and ready for delivery
- Advising customers on their buying needs and requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service by offering solutions assisting the customers through the buying journey
- Dealing with suppliers and ordering stock
- Operations of tills and cash management
- Merchandising new lines of stock, stock replenishment, stock counting, pricing POS,
- Maintaining a quality standard in your department by taking ownership of its functions
Candidate profile
- Must have previous experience in retail
- Strong knowledge of all hardware products
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and driving customer retention
- Strong IT skills
